Return Policy
- Due to the special nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must remain in its original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the item is strictly non-refundable.
Return Process

- Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
- If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
