Local Pickup (Standard Filament)
For our standard 3D printing filaments, we currently only support Local Pickup in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Process: Please wait for a “Ready for Pickup” email confirmation before arriving.
Requirements: Bring your order confirmation email and order number when you arrive.
Direct Shipping (Specific Products Only)
Shipping is exclusively available for specific, designated products (e.g., specialized parts or equipment). We do not offer shipping for standard local filament stock.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery Time: Because these items are shipped directly from our overseas manufacturing facilities (China), please expect longer wait times. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days, depending on your destination and customs clearance.
Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times for shipped items may vary due to customs inspections, international transit delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
